The room I was upgraded to with my mother was for people who require hand rails etc..e for the handicapped or the aged. It was pristine clean and the floor shone brightly. Bathroom was again just excellent. Staff is exceptional and goes out of the way to meet customer requests.

Very good breakfast spread; F&B Service personnel and the Chefs were interactive and helpful; good attitude. Loved the variety of food on offer. It was nice to see the seniors of the department training and guiding the interns well.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus and they allowed us too later check out because our flight was at night.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

This was our second stay at this property and like the previous time, it did not disappoint us. It was a pleasant experience overall and served our purpose. The breakfast spread was reasonably good. In-room dining services were a huge help especially as we traveling with a kid.
